| Treating the water The naturally sparkling mineral water of Orezza is recognised as one of the most iron-rich mineral waters in the world. Because of this the water needs to be treated before it can be bottled. The operation to reduce the water's iron content takes place at the Orezza plant and is based on a totally natural process : oxidisation in the air.
